Themed “Beautiful Philippines”, the contest encouraged Filipino photography enthusiasts to explore the beauty of our country from various aspects — human, landscape, nature and architecture.  This year’s CIC is also the first time that Epson utilized a new medium for the submission of entries and announcement of winners: Facebook. As prolific users of the popular social platform, many Filipinos were able to easily share their captured moments via digital images, Thus, Facebook viewers from around the world were treated to amazing photos that featured scenic spots, and colorful cultural snapshots of the Philippines.
