LG, one of the global leaders in consumer electronics has once again changed the game with their latest devices that took center stage at the on-going Consumer Electronics Show at Las Vegas this year.
Heading the charge is LG’s new range of Smart TVs with LG’s webOS platform. These devices incorporate ease in connection, switching and content discovery for the simplest, most intuitive user experience ever. The TV has a launcher that lets you switch seamlessly from almost all forms of content, whether it be broadcast, streaming movies, games, or apps as simply as you would change the channel.
LG also showcased the world’s first 105-inch 21:9 Curved Ultra HD TV that has an impressive 5K resolution, right alongside the world’s first flexible OLED TV that lets users control the screen curvature to meet their particular requirements.
Apart from video hardware, LG has also presented a few of their audio equipment aimed at those who want more than their current-generation gear can provide.
LG’s SoundPlate LAB540W is a slim 39mm piece of kit that combines a Blu-ray player, Smart TV functions and 4.1-channel surround sound for 340W of auditory bliss. For those with greater space constraints, LG’s new sound bar, the NB5540, packs the power of a 4.1 system in a simple, easy-to-mount package.
