PSBank has recently introduced the PSBank Online Mobile App to make banking more convenient, accessible, and secure to its customers. PSBank clients can now pay bills, reload mobile prepaid credits, monitor their bank accounts, transfer funds, view paid checks, reorder checkbooks, and reload their PSBank Prepaid MasterCard all from the comfort of their smartphones.
“We are happy to share that the PSBank Online Mobile App is now available to provide our customers access to our products and services anytime, anywhere through their mobile phones and tablets,” PSBank President Vicente R. Cuna, Jr. said.
Customers need not worry of any security problems as the app promises an experience that is as reliable and as efficient as regular banking. For example, every transaction is recorded even though there are no transaction slips and receipts. SMS alerts will be sent in real-time to update customers regarding recent online transactions in their account. As an added security feature, the app can also freeze or block ATM cards in case they are lost or stolen.
“We hope that the mobile app will make banking with PSBank an even simpler and more reliable experience. We always keep our customers’ convenience in mind by ensuring the consistent delivery of ‘best in class’ services,” Cuna added.
The PSBank Online Mobile App is now available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store and will soon be available for other operating systems such as Blackberry and Windows Mobile. It can be found under the name “PSBank Online” and is published by the Philippine Savings Bank.
