Lenovo held a back-to-back opening of the first two Lenovo Mobile concept stores in Metro Manila, located at SM Mall of Asia and SM BF Parañaque, last December 4.

Billed as Lenovo Mobile Exclusive Stores (LMES), the two newly opened concept stores are dedicated solely to Lenovo’s smartphones and tablets.

To date, Lenovo Mobile has three LMES in the country. In October this year, the company opened its first LMES in Gaisano Mall in Davao.

According to Lenovo Country General Manager Michael Ngan, the arrival of LMES in Metro Manila is part of the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen the brand’s retail presence in the country.

Ngan comments, “Lenovo is determined to win in the PC Plus world and strengthening our retail presence across the country with the opening of our first two concept stores in Metro Manila is a strategic move for us. Both malls are located in areas that are major trade and business centers in the Philippines.” He adds, “We expect to open two more concept stores before the year ends to help us further strengthen our retail footprint nationwide.”

Both the SM Mall of Asia and SM BF Parañaque stores are managed and operated by Bluelite Gadgets, a retail partner of Lenovo, through its exclusive distributor for smartphones, Open Communications.
