Microsoft launched their newest campaign yesterday aimed at empowering Filipino owned businesses. The campaign, named IT: It’s more fun in the Philippines, will be targeting different cities around the country, and will start with a 15-city productivity roadshow. . Karrie Capellan-Ilagan, Microsoft Philippines Managing Director said that the roadshow will also highlight home grown technological innovations, which she hopes will inspire and drive entrepreneurs to use technology powered by their IT and productivity solutions.
The campaign is in partnership with Ford Philippines who will provide their all new 2013 Ranger as the official vehicle of the roadshow. The 2013 Ranger will carry Microsoft Philippine’s 3 MVPs (most valuable professionals) on the 15 city tour. Microsoft MVPs are considered the best and brightest from technology communities around the Philippines and will actively share their technical expertise with the different communities they will visit during the roadshow.
