Tegra 4 slated to hit 1st quarter of next year, will reportedly have LTE

As fantastic as Tegra 3 is, it’s still lacking in a couple of places, namely the ability to use LTE. That’s going to change with the next iteration of the NVIDIA made silicon, according to a leaked roadmap from Chinese tech outfit VR-Zone. While the veracity of the report is suspect, NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang did say that we should expect a new version of Tegra every year. From the leak obtained by VR-Zone, the next iteration of Tegra will have LTE, as well as couple of SKUs that sport different speeds that should occupy all the segments of the market.
